Electrically conductive silicone elastomers ZIPSIL REP-01 series is a silicone rubber base with dispersed metal particles inclusions.

The electrically conductive elastomer has a low electrical resistivity and a very high microwave shielding efficiency (EMI-shielding).

Products from this electrically conductive elastomers can be of almost any shape, both flat gaskets and in the form of bundles.

Typically, the device’s shielding system consists of a conductive strip sandwiched between a metal case and a cover.
